Before ST

Pre-sessions

Separating into five groups, the pre-workshops will be held. Before ST, on the basis of knowledge which will be given by literature and research, students in Korea and Japan analyze the issues by discussing the point at issue which will be treated during ST, and prepare for ST in each country.

During ST

1.Academic Introduction (8/12)

Prior to the beginning of the sessions, all participants gather at the same room, and through the introduction of each theme (which will be given by each TC), participants will try to understand the issues.

Besides, in this Academic Introduction, we are planning to invite a specialist in the relation between the two countries and listen to a lecturer: for example, the wholesome and relative lecture about the relation of Korea and Japan, the technical lecture and a message for the participants.

2.Sessions (8/12~15)

In this program, participants separate into five groups and have discussions, which will be conducted by the TC (Table Coordinator) and the AC (Assistant Coordinator). Here, on the basis of the knowledge or idea cultivated in Pre-sessions, participants will face the differences between their opinions, and will step forward to esteem and understand each other. Besides, we will have games to get close to each other, so that we can get closer to each other.

3.Fieldwork or Lecture

In this program, we go out to a destination where we can learn more about the table theme, or invite a lecturer familiar to the theme. Through this, by learning the original state in experience and progressively, participants can deepen their opinions.

4.Consensus of consciousness

In order to grasp how each participant feels about the progress of discussion, the communication abilities of each other and the atmosphere of the table, some questionnaires will be taken regularly. By making use of the results after, we'll be able to have the discussions more smoothly and more effectively.

5.Progress Report (8/16)

In this program, participants will share the progress of the discussions of each table. The progress will be presented by each TC and AC. Through Progress Report, we can deepen our knowledge and be enlightened in individual level. In addition, the success of this Progress Report will be one of the goals of the sessions.

In addition, we are planning to invite the public to the hall.
