It is an occasion that participants of Japan and Korea meet each other for the first time. In the ceremony, we make each participant recognize the beginning of ST and raise awareness to whole ST. Greetings of head of ST2009 executive committee and delegates of both countries, schedule confirmation, self-introduction and so on will be held.

We welcome coming to Japan of Korean participants. We also hope that participants of Japan and Korea make friendly relationship, and projects after this party will be more enriched. The party will be buffet-style so that participants can communicate freely. In addition, we will do like game for participants of Japan and Korea are able to interact beyond the limit of "country".

Indulging various projects which we participate through ST, we enjoy the ending time with friends linked by great friendship. It is the time of unwilling leave, and it is the party that participants will be able to continue built relationship with each other after ST. The party is also an occasion to enhance motivation to next ST. It will be buffet-style so that participants can enjoy conversation with much more participants.

Among members of each table, who will share most of time in ST, teamwork must be necessary. Consequently, each table becomes team and through various events, we will encourage smooth communication in tables at the first day of ST. By sports, which can make participants feel crossing over "countries" or "language" and share enjoyment, we aim to produce sense of unity among not only each table, but also whole ST.
