Outline

'Outflow of talent' is a phenomenon in which people who have some outstanding abilities or skills don't work in their country but go abroad in search of better working environments.

You might think there are no problems about this phenomenon. In fact, in the global society we live in today, such kind of movement abroad is natural. However, the outflow of a talent causes a decrease in domestic working power. And this decrease of domestic working power causes decrease in the ability to compete in world markets. Moreover, an outflow of talent has become a hot problem in both Korea and Japan today. We believe we will be able to have a fruitful discussion through dealing with this problem.

In this table, we intend to discuss working conditions in both Japan and Korea, because working environments have a close relationship to the outflow of a talent.

In order to seek a concrete solution to this problem, we will view each country's working environment objectively and then discover their respective problems. Through this process, we will try to find common problems between Korea and Japan.

We believe Koreans and Japanese will be able deepen mutual understanding through this discussion which deals with common problems in our countries.
